Sourcing Executive

Job Purpose / Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Sourcing team by handling various
activities. These activities include data management, documentation, sample tracking, tool
certification handling. The role will help streamline processes and allow the Sourcing team to
focus on strategic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data and System Management:
o Creation and maintenance of SAP part codes.
o M-BOM (Material Bill of Materials) creation and updates.
o Manage QA info records with IQC.
2. Documentation and Logistics:
o NRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass) paperwork and tracking.
o Delivery challan and E-way bill generation for tools.
o Track courier deliveries and sample dispatch processes.
3. Vendor Coordination:
o Coordinate with vendors for tool-holding certificates.
o Collection and dispatch of NPD (New Product Development) samples.
4. Financial Tracking:
o Track advance and full tool payments with Finance.
o Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) tracking with Store & Finance.
5. Interdepartmental Communication:
o Delivery of samples to stakeholders in AIC and collecting feedback.
o Fill forms for part testing like SST & follow up with testing teams.
