Sourcing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1.Data and System Management:
oCreation and maintenance of SAP part codes.
oM-BOM (Material Bill of Materials) creation and updates.
oManage QA info records with IQC.
2.Documentation and Logistics:
oNRGP (Non-Returnable Gate Pass) paperwork and tracking.
oDelivery challan and E-way bill generation for tools.
oTrack courier deliveries and sample dispatch processes.
3.Vendor Coordination:
oCoordinate with vendors for tool-holding certificates.
oCollection and dispatch of NPD (New Product Development) samples.
4.Financial Tracking:
oTrack advance and full tool payments with Finance.
oManage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) tracking with Store & Finance.
5.Interdepartmental Communication:
oDelivery of samples to stakeholders in AIC and collecting feedback.
oFill forms for part testing like SST & follow up with testing teams.
Background / Competencies / Credentials:
Essential Education Background: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills and Competencies:
∙Proficient in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
∙Working knowledge of SAP or any ERP system.
∙Basic understanding of purchase and supply chain processes.
