Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
Procurement: Handle the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating prices, finalizing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of products/materials as per business requirements.
Cost Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining product quality.
Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and price fluctuations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production, quality, and finance teams to align purchasing with operational requirements.
