 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan collections

preferably in personal loans or unsecured lending.  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.  Knowledge of collection laws and regulatory requirements.  Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.  Proficiency in MS Office
